Founder and Practice Principal
Josef Zbaraski is a qualified Accountant registered with the ACCA, listed on their website. He holds an ACCA Practicing Certificate, so you can be assured you will get a quality service.
He started his career working at two of the top four Accountancy practices (Ernst & Young and KPMG), working through their respected graduate training schemes, where he learned how to do things properly, and this was beautifully illustrated in his first commercial role.
He progressed into the commercial world starting out with a shopfitting company turning over about £7m where he was highly successful. He cleared a £1m plus bank overdraft within two months of joining the company, turning it from being a loss-making company to break even in his first financial year, despite the company losing a big customer who accounted for over 40% of turnover.
He went on to gain many years of experience at Board and Senior in-house roles in other large companies, working in shopfitting, construction, contracting, plant hire, manufacturing, engineering, the motor industry, and banking.
He is now just the same as you, an ambitious business owner, so he understands and faces your challenges.
